Cancellation Policy

All our products are custom ordered for our valuable customers.
As soon as the order is placed, we initiate the sequence of events which ultimately results in you receiving product of your choice. Since all our products are custom ordered, at the very beginning at this sequence FurnitureXtra.com and its respective customer become financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product. We at FurnitureXtra.com try to remain the most customer-friendly furniture website on the internet and will attempt to assist you in cancellation of your order. We will contact the manufacturer and make all the necessary arrangements, but, unfortunately even we are not able to cancel any orders which have been already prepared for shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer. Please, note that that even if the tracking number is not available to us or you at the time you request cancellation of your order, it might actually be already too late. We will contact you immediately after the manufacturer advises us of whether we can cancel your order or not. Throughout the ordering process you will be prompted to check one of the options: Yes or NO to terms and conditions of use of FurnitureXtra.com . By checking Yes you agree to accept in full all terms and conditions listed by FurnitureXtra.com including our Cancellation Policy and such acceptance will be in lieu of customer’s legal signature.

Return Policy

You may receive a total of any monies for furnishings only if you cancel the sale within 48 hours of the date of purchase. If you change your purchase, we will credit your charge account. All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our main office. If you do not cancel the sale within 48 hours of the date of purchase, only 70% of the purchase price will be refunded to you. At any time after the purchase, we can correct mistakes in pricing or arithmetic made in computing your purchase price.You must make any change of the delivery address or change in the order either in person or by telephone and the change will be binding only if we confirm the change before delivery. Changes may delay delivery date.

If the order has arrived but you do not want to accept it for any reason, please, simply refuse delivery and immediately call us at 877-244-3131 and we will refund you the order amount less all delivery charges and a 30% restocking fee to accept the return of the item by the manufacturer.

Occasionally some items are sold and advertised as “Free delivery” items as part of a  promotion, or a discounted shipping was offered (whether or not the customer was made aware of the shipping discount at the time of purchase) the delivery costs are always incorporated in the price of our items and will be taken into to account when the refund for such item is processed. After request for such return is fully processed, e-mail with all the costs involved we will be sent to you. Please, do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back.
